The International House in Belfast hosts afternoon English classes at the International House (CELTA), taught by teacher trainees (observed by their tutors and other trainees). Web: http://www.ihbelfast.com Strong Beginners / Low Elementary and Intermediate classes every day from Monday to Friday 2pm—4.30pm. There is a charge of £5 per week for printed materials, but are these are free for all refugees and asylum seekers. Although some of the trainees do not have much teaching experience they are assessed on their teaching so the classes are very well prepared. To enroll, students need to come to the school to do a level test (Thursdays at 3pm).
