BibliASPA is a research and culture center created with the objective of promoting critical reflection through research, production and dissemination on the Arab, African and South American peoples. The establishment of consistent and lasting political, cultural and economic relations between the countries of Africa, South America and the Arab world presupposes the construction of mutual knowledge of the societies involved.
